Our motto is: think big.

We have been investing and believing in the circular economy for 15 years, therefore we put back into operation what for others is just a waste; this model of economic growth, an alternative to those based on a linear vision, has proved successful.

Our company has become Italy's leading service and remanufacturer of spare parts for Fanuc, Mitsubishi and Siemens CNC machine tools.

Now part of the Bas Group, it has offices in London and Mexico and, with its three divisions, is an independent workshop specialising in CNC (acronym for 'computer numerical control') parts recovery and in the routine and extraordinary overhaul and maintenance of CNC machine tools.

Our primary objective is to recover the immense value of a technological waste, transforming a product destined to pollute the environment into a valuable service. This ensures maximum efficiency for customers and full environmental sustainability across the planet.

Our numbers: service within 24 hours, more than 3,800 customers in Italy and worldwide, 1 per cent of spare parts returns under warranty.

This is also and above all due to constant research and innovation, under the banner of our slogan: 'Our job is to prevent you from stopping yours'.

The relationship with the customer is in fact structured through all-round support and direct contact with a specialised contact person. Parallel and alternative to the qualified technical assistance service is a multi-brand spare parts warehouse, which makes it possible to solve any technical problem. What's more, our laboratory and team of technicians carry out repairs in our workshop but also offer diagnostic and maintenance operations within the customer's machine park. Within our warehouse, in fact, there is a vast availability of new or reconditioned electronic spare parts, reliable and compatible with the machine tools of the most popular brands on the global market.

Those who use CNC machine tools have specific needs based on their sector and production characteristics, and for this reason support must also be tailor-made, and we provide a wide range of diverse and customisable offers. These include remote assistance, which we are now specialising in with sophisticated augmented reality devices that allow our experts to simultaneously see the same thing as our customers, as if they were on site. All of these actions contribute to one goal: to avoid machine downtime, which would result in the customer's production being stopped, burdening the company's costs.

To avoid this prospect, speed is of the essence. We have, therefore, changed the logo, with the B(ee) for 'bee' certifying our operability and industriousness, but also B(e) for 'being'.

And the website has also been revamped, with the e-shop: we have made it smarter, because it is the element that characterises our group, being fast and professional.

The latest stops on our journey, which began like so many success stories fifteen years ago in a garage, were in the UK, with the opening of the Bas Group's London office in 2019, and in Mexico, with the opening of the plant the following year. The decision to move the headquarters from Corte Franca to Cazzago San Martino, Brescia, was made in 2021.

It is at our operational headquarters that we have set up our Academy, with coaching services provided by professionals with over thirty years of experience in the machine tool industry. Full immersion and customised training with CNC maintenance training courses for junior technicians or apprentices and courses for axis and spindle calibration (carried out at the customer's operational site).
