BAS - The company that employs circular economy in machine tool replacement

The realization that the customer's industrial activity must take place without downtime has always been the primary mission and goal of the company, led by Eng. Gabriele Marchina, CEO and founder, together with his wife Gloriana Iarrera, general manager.
The adoption of new technologies and digital solutions, with constant supply chain evolutions, has enabled the company to provide products and support services tout court, to the highly specialized manufacturing industry, particularly on numerical control machine tools and robotic systems under the Fanuc, Mitsubishi Electric, Siemens Electric and Okuma brands. These are all businesses that have in common, from the small craftsman to the large multinational company, the need to be able to take advantage of a comprehensive service with minimal time and an eye on costs.
We intervene with skilled technicians and on-time spare parts, reducing or even eliminating costly downtime. This is why the largest importers, manufacturers and dealers of machine tools turn to Automation Service.

Our business model is based on being able to systematize between enterprises, putting ourselves at the service and support of our customers' primary business. A job not only of service, which we do with great passion and accuracy, but also of strategic consulting on CNC machine tool maintenance.

In 2020 we chose to start the Automation Service Mexico division because the Automotive sector covers 54 percent of our business and 38 percent of the world's Automotive production is made, precisely, in Mexico.
The Mexican economy stands out, because of its stability, a good performance of domestic consumption, investment and exports. The Mexican economic system has many special features, such as diversification of production activities, integration into regional and global value chains.
In some of Mexico's states there are highly specialized industrial parks and technology centers with significant infrastructure to benefit all businesses established in a given district.
Over the past 18 years the country has been economically stable increasing investor confidence. GDP has grown approximately 3-4% over the past decade, a good and stable growth rate.

In addition, the government's and the country's predisposition toward international trade is a huge advantage. Mexico also boasts a strategic geographic location as a "hinge" country between North and Central America. Indeed, many companies choose Mexico as a bridgehead to then serve the entire North American market, to which there is easy access thanks to the USMCA treaty.

This is also why our motto has always been Think Big because thinking big helps us to face the market. Continuous innovation, great customer focus, and sustainability have always guided our growth
That is why in the Group's development plan for the near future we have included the idea of expanding abroad with a focus on Europe, through distribution partners and opening new locations as we did in Mexico, with the same business model.
