The BECKHOFF EL6751 is an EtherCAT Terminal designed to function as a PROFINET IO Controller, enabling the integration and control of PROFINET IO Devices within an EtherCAT network. It facilitates high-performance, real-time communication between the EtherCAT master and connected PROFINET field devices, supporting both PROFINET RT and IRT for demanding industrial automation applications requiring heterogeneous fieldbus integration.
