The BECKHOFF ELX3158 is an 8-channel intrinsically safe (Ex i) analog input EtherCAT Terminal engineered for high-precision signal acquisition in hazardous industrial environments. It integrates directly into the EtherCAT network, providing real-time data from current and voltage sensors in applications such as chemical processing, oil and gas, and pharmaceutical manufacturing. This terminal ensures reliable and safe operation within Zone 0/1/2 and Zone 20/21/22 classified areas.
