The IGT249 is an inductive proximity sensor from the EFECTOR IFM IG Series, designed for reliable, non-contact detection of metallic objects in industrial environments. It utilizes an oscillating circuit to generate an electromagnetic field, providing precise position sensing and presence detection for automation, material handling, and machine building applications.
