The EFECTOR IFM UGT500 is an ultrasonic through-beam sensor receiver engineered for reliable non-contact object detection in industrial automation. It functions by detecting ultrasonic waves emitted by a corresponding transmitter, providing robust presence sensing irrespective of target color, transparency, or surface texture. This unit is suitable for applications demanding precise material handling, level control, and position monitoring in challenging environments.
