This module is an intrinsic safety barrier and PROFINET gateway from the K-System family, designed for integrating digital input signals from hazardous areas into industrial Ethernet networks. It provides intrinsically safe power and signal conditioning for up to four NAMUR sensors or mechanical contacts, transmitting their status via PROFINET IO. Engineered for process automation applications requiring compliant hazardous area interfacing.
