This is an intrinsically safe isolated barrier from the K-System family, designed to interface conventional switches or NAMUR proximity sensors located in hazardous areas with safe area control systems. It provides galvanic isolation and signal conditioning, ensuring compliance with explosion protection standards while transmitting reliable process data. The module is engineered for critical safety applications in process automation, chemical, and oil & gas industries.
