This K-System intrinsic safety barrier provides galvanic isolation and signal conditioning for NAMUR proximity sensors or mechanical contacts located in hazardous areas. It converts the sensor input into a safe, isolated relay output for control systems in the non-hazardous area, featuring line fault detection for enhanced system integrity. The device is engineered for reliable operation in process automation applications requiring intrinsically safe circuits.
