The PEPPERL & FUCHS 212481 is a K-System intrinsic safety barrier functioning as a dual-channel switch amplifier. It provides intrinsically safe power to NAMUR proximity sensors or mechanical contacts located in hazardous areas and transmits their switching status via relay outputs to the safe area. This module ensures reliable signal isolation and explosion protection for critical safety and control applications in process industries.
