This K-System intrinsic safety barrier, identified by part number 215438, is a single-channel repeater power supply engineered for the safe operation of 2-wire and 3-wire SMART transmitters situated in hazardous areas. It provides galvanic isolation between the hazardous and safe areas, supplying power to field devices while transmitting a proportional 4-20mA current signal to the control system. The module facilitates HART communication for device configuration and diagnostics.
