PEPPERL & FUCHS 231202 - KFD2-SR2-EX1.W Intrinsic Safety Switch Amplifier

This K-System intrinsic safety barrier provides galvanic isolation and signal conditioning for connecting two hazardous area field devices to safe area control systems. It is engineered to interface NAMUR proximity sensors or dry contacts from Zone 0, 1, or 2 with relay outputs for PLCs or DCS, ensuring explosion protection in process automation applications. The module incorporates line fault detection for enhanced system reliability and diagnostic capabilities.
