This device is a single-channel isolated barrier switch amplifier from the K-System series, engineered for the safe operation of NAMUR proximity sensors or mechanical contacts located in hazardous areas. It provides galvanic isolation between the hazardous and safe areas, converting input signals into a potential-free relay contact output for control systems. Designed for DIN rail mounting within control cabinets, it ensures intrinsic safety and reliable signal transmission in critical process automation applications.
