This K-System intrinsic safety barrier provides galvanic isolation and signal conditioning for digital inputs originating from hazardous areas. It converts signals from NAMUR sensors or mechanical contacts into a safe-area relay output, ensuring compliance with intrinsic safety standards for process control and automation systems. Designed for DIN rail mounting within control cabinets, it facilitates reliable communication between field devices in classified zones and safe-area PLCs or DCS.
