The PEPPERL & FUCHS KFD2-SR2-EX1.W.SM is a two-channel switching amplifier from the K-System series, designed for the galvanic isolation and switching of intrinsically safe circuits. It facilitates the connection of NAMUR sensors or mechanical contacts located in hazardous areas (Zone 0, 1, 2 / Division 1, 2) to safe area control systems, ensuring signal integrity and safety compliance in process automation and safety instrumented systems.
