This K-System isolated barrier functions as a frequency converter and switch amplifier, designed for processing signals from NAMUR sensors or mechanical contacts located in hazardous areas. It provides galvanic isolation between the input, output, and power supply, ensuring intrinsic safety for instrumentation in process automation and control systems.
