This K-System intrinsic safety barrier is a single-channel switch amplifier designed for reliable signal conditioning and isolation of discrete inputs from hazardous areas. It facilitates the connection of NAMUR proximity sensors or dry contacts located in Zone 0, 1, or 2 to safe area control systems, ensuring compliance with intrinsic safety standards and preventing ignition in explosive atmospheres.
