PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

The Mitsubishi MR-J2-100A is a high-performance servo amplifier designed to deliver precise control and exceptional performance in various industrial applications. The power supply is a 200-230 VAC voltage with 3-phases and 50/60 Hz frequency while the permissible fluctuations can be 170-253 VAC. With a compact and robust design, the amplifier measures 16.8 cm in height, 7 cm in width, and 19 cm in length, weighing 1.7 kg. It provides a power output of 1 kW, making it suitable for demanding servo motor applications. Part of the MELSERVO-J2-Series family, the MR-J2-100A features a power supply capacity of 1.7 kVA and consumes 50 W at rated torque, and only 15 W when the servo is off, ensuring energy efficiency. For auxiliary equipment, it is compatible with a no-fuse breaker, magnetic contactor, set-up software, regenerative brake option, cables, and power factor-improving reactors, enhancing its versatility and adaptability. The servo amplifier supports analog torque command input in the range of DC 0 to ±8V, with a speed frequency response of 250 Hz or more. It allows torque limit input in the range of 0 to ±10VDC or maximum current, except in torque control mode. With a maximum input pulse frequency of 500kpps (for differential receiver) or 200kpps (for open collector), the amplifier ensures precise and responsive control. This servo has an IP rating of IP00 and is considered an open unit. With its advanced features and flexible configuration options, the Mitsubishi MR-J2-100A servo amplifier is a reliable choice for achieving precise and efficient servo motor control in industrial automation and motion control applications.
