The PEPPERL & FUCHS KFD2-CD-EX1.PN is a single-channel intrinsically safe PROFINET gateway and switch amplifier from the K-System series. It provides galvanic isolation and signal conditioning for hazardous area field devices, integrating their status and control into PROFINET-based industrial automation systems. This module ensures reliable data exchange and safe operation in process control applications requiring ATEX and IECEx compliance.
