PEPPERL & FUCHS 2408160001 - K-System Intrinsic Safety Switch Amplifier

This K-System intrinsic safety barrier is a two-channel switch amplifier designed for the safe operation of NAMUR proximity sensors or mechanical contacts located in hazardous areas. It provides galvanic isolation between the hazardous and safe areas, converting input signals into potential-free relay outputs for control system integration. The module incorporates line fault detection for enhanced system integrity and is suitable for safety-instrumented systems up to SIL 2/3.
