The PEPPERL & FUCHS 240818100003 (KFD2-SR2-EX1.W) is a K-System intrinsic safety barrier designed for reliable signal transmission from hazardous areas to safe control systems. It provides galvanic isolation and energy limitation for two independent switch inputs, ensuring explosion protection for connected field devices in Zone 0, 1, or 2 environments. This module features integrated line fault detection and delivers clean relay outputs for process control.
